今日は雛祭りです。
園では雛祭りのメニューとして
ちらし寿司、蓮根入りつくね キャベツ添え、清汁、ヤクルト を食べました。
ちらし寿司は色鮮やかで子ども達も喜んでくれました。
清汁も普段の清汁とは違って花麩を使用しています。
蓮根入りつくねは蓮根の食感がよくおかわりもよくしてくました。
